Live Orders

View Live Store Orders

1. Go to My Stores > Click Live Orders next to your Store

2. View all live orders of the day or select a previous day.

3. Click on the Edit icon to manage your order

Send Order Updates

Important: For every order you receive you should send live order updates. Customers can view the updates in the app.

1. Go to My Stores > Click Live Orders next to your Store

2. Select an order > Click on the Edit icon to manage the order

3. Click from the following options:

   1. Order accepted and preparing - select to notify the customer you accept an order and you will start preparing

   2. Estimated serving time in _ minutes - select to set the estimated serving/ delivery/ pickup time

   3. Order For Free - select when you would like to make the order free of charge

   4. Order Rejected - select to notify customer that you reject an order
