How can I use Orpay alongside my POS?In case you wish to transfer your Orpay order to your POS you can manually type all your orders received from Orpay at your POS. If you require integration with your POS we provide an API which handles the integration with your POS. Please contact us at support@orpay.co.uk to provide more information.

What are the Orpay charges for a Partner?For each order made through our platform you will pay Marketplace Service Fee which is calculated as 5% charge per order calculated as a percentage of the final price paid by the user (inclusive of VAT) per order, plus VAT at the prevailing rate. The final payment you receive is an amount equal to the final amount of an order plus any delivery fee charged and any tips paid during the checkout, less the Marketplace Service Fee and less any card/ Stripe processing fees.

Where can I manage my store and live orders?Once you complete sign up as a Partner you will have access to your business account. Use your credentials to login. Through your account you can:​ 1. Edit your business account details - contact details, user access and more 2. Create new stores and manage your stores - opening hours, location, contact number 3. Manage your menus - hours, items, item photos, items details, prices, VAT and more 4. View and manage live store orders - end live updates, accept orders, reject orders and more

How do I print order receipts?You do not need to worry about printing receipts, we've got it handled! Orpay emails a order receipt to all users that require one, which includes a breakdown of their order and VAT charges.

Does Orpay provide a tablet?At Orpay we believe in smarter ways of operating your business. We do not provide any additional hardware devices. You can login to your account from your existing devices at your Stores which are connected to the internet.

How can I print order tickets for my kitchen?You can print order tickets in various ways: 1. Download our Orpay Partners App*, connect it to your ticket printer and print incoming orders. 2. Integrate your POS with Orpay using our API. In this way, any incoming orders from Orpay will be redirected and handled by your POS as usual. 3. Manually type and insert incoming orders from Orpay on your POS device. In this way, any incoming orders from Orpay will be handled by your POS as usual. * Only available for Android devices. * Please contact us at support@orpay.co.uk to provide more information on the API integration.
